clean room, clean bathroom with comfortable bed and neat furnishings that made for a refreshing night’s sleep and a satisfying wake-up experience with a well-stocked breakfast featuring excellent fruit choices and delicious fresh waffles.

So, we checked into our suite after a long flight, and it was cramped. The sofa bed didn’t even come with a blanket! I tried calling the front desk three times for help, but no one answered. Super frustrating!

The room was super spacious and comfortable! Breakfast had plenty of tasty options to kickstart your day. The staff were incredibly friendly, making our stay feel like a home away from home.

Decent for one night. It offers safety and a helpful front desk. The airport shuttle is a standout feature—arrived by 3 AM, and the service was efficient. Arrive early, though; 15 minutes is advisable. The rooms are immaculate, modern, and comfortable. Snacks waiting for us were a pleasant surprise after a long trip. Breakfast had plenty of options, and 24/7 coffee access is appreciated. check-in took far too long with only one staff member, and misleading pricing details led to frustration. A surprise $15 parking fee was unexpected. Some front desk staff lacked courtesy, which detracted from the experience. Attention to these issues would elevate future stays.

The room was clean and a good size, with fresh linen. Comfortable bedding allowed for a restful night. Air conditioning and heating worked well, keeping the room at a pleasant temperature. I appreciated the coffee maker and ample coffee supply for my morning routine. it would have been nice to have an in-room microwave for added convenience. Noise levels were minimal, contributing to a peaceful atmosphere. While the amenities were sufficient, the shampoo bottle in the shower was empty upon arrival and not refilled. The cleanliness of the floor could use improvement as well.

Convenient shuttle service and efficient check-in were highlights, but that’s where the positives ended. The humidity inside felt stifling, and earwig bugs crawling in the room didn’t help. Breakfast was decent, though the long line and awkward layout made it a hassle. I expected a simple meal at the on-site bar, but takeout style was disappointing after a long travel day. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and my chosen room was mysteriously switched. For a supposed airport hotel, the lack of nearby dining options and high parking fees were frustrating. Not the restful stop I needed.

I had an amazing time exploring the nearby parks and waterfront during my stay, with Belle Isle Marsh Reservation just a short stroll away at about 1.3 km, Revere Beach just over 3 km for a relaxing beach walk, and the vibrant Harborwalk close by, all easily accessible for those who love weekend strolls like me; the hotel also features clean and spacious rooms and a refreshing pool, but the facilities could use some updates to truly match the excellent location.

Room was comfortable with a great breakfast spread and helpful staff. The hotel offers a variety of hot and cold breakfast items, including a make, your, own waffle machine. The location is convenient for airport travelers, and the shuttle service is a bonus, dropping off and picking up at the airport and a nearby train station. The staff goes above and beyond, providing city maps and train information, along with readily available hot drinks in the sitting area.
The shuttle service can be unreliable, with long waiting times and potential confusion on drop, off locations. Parking fees can add up quickly, and the check, in process may lack friendliness.

The bathroom was also very roomy, allowing for two people to get ready simultaneously. The hot breakfast provided was a pleasant surprise with a variety of hot items like scrambled eggs, sausages, and even a waffle bar. The availability of coffee and tea 24 hours a day was a nice touch too. there were a few issues that affected our stay. The room air conditioner worked well, but the hallways felt warm and stuffy. The ice machine didn't seem to be working, and despite trying, no ice came out. the door to our room didn't fully lock or close properly, which was a bit concerning for security. The location of the toilet paper holder was also inconvenient, so we ended up just placing the roll on the bathroom counter. the staff was accommodating and helpful, especially Alex who checked us in and was always informative. The daytime shuttle drivers were friendly, although the evening shuttle schedule seemed a bit inconsistent, leading to longer than expected wait times. the Hampton Inn provided a comfortable stay with spacious rooms and a good breakfast spread.

We hit up Fenway Park and Newbury Street, just a quick ride away. Boston was hype, and the shuttle to the airport was clutch for catching our flights home. The staff was chill, and the breakfast hit different.
Yo, they could turn up the nightlife vibe a bit. Adding a cool hangout spot for teens would take the energy up a notch.

we had a comfortable stay at hampton inn. the shuttle service was punctual and the staff were friendly. we received a generous snack bag in the morning, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to rest well after a tiring day of travel.

Loved the free shuttle service - felt like a VIP! Ate an awesome New York cheesecake and delicious wings. Indoor pool was fancy. felt like a star with the airline crew around.

I chose Hampton Inn for its proximity to Revere Beach, which I had been eager to visit. The hotel's complimentary wireless Internet and friendly staff at the Hampton Inn pleasantly surprised me. The onsite restaurant and free WiFi were convenient, and the hotel went the extra mile to accommodate disabled guests.

The hotel had a convenient location near the airport and provided a free shuttle service which was a bonus. The rooms were clean and comfortable with cozy beds. The staff, especially one lady during the day, were friendly and helpful, offering maps and information about Boston. The breakfast was good, despite it being busy at times. The gym was decent, although it could get hot.
The thin walls made it difficult to sleep peacefully with noise from neighboring rooms. Additionally, the pool water appeared green and was not inviting for a swim.
